These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at tooltrack.dev and any related downloads such as the optional browser extension (collectively, the “Site”). The Site is operated by Zwinny Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a company incorporated in India (“ToolTrack”, “we”, “us”).
By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
License to use the Site
We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for your own lawful purposes, including in the course of your employment or business. The Site is provided free of charge and does not require an account.
Acceptable use
You agree that you will not:
- use the Site to violate any applicable law or the rights of others;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or interfere with the Site or any network or system connected to it;
- attempt to bypass any security or rate-limiting mechanism, or scrape the Site at a volume or rate that degrades service for others;
- reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Site beyond what is permitted by applicable law or by code we publish under an open-source licence;
- remove, obscure, or interfere with advertisements, copyright notices, or other proprietary markings on the Site.
Your content
The Site is designed so that text, files, and other inputs you paste or upload into the developer tools stay on your device. You retain all rights to that content. ToolTrack does not claim ownership of, and does not receive, your inputs or outputs.
Intellectual property
The Site, its design, source code, and content (other than your own inputs) are owned by ToolTrack or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. The name “ToolTrack” and the ToolTrack.dev logo are trademarks of Zwinny Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Where parts of the Site are released under an open-source licence, those parts are governed by the terms of that licence.
Third-party services and links
The Site relies on third-party services (for example, hosting, fonts, and advertising) and may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ToolTrack disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the output of any tool on the Site is correct, complete, or fit for any particular purpose. You are solely responsible for verifying any output before relying on it.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ToolTrack and its directors, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for direct damages, where liability cannot be excluded, is limited to one hundred Indian rupees (INR 100).
Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ToolTrack from any claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Changes to the Site or these Terms
We may modify or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms; the “Effective date” at the top reflects the date of the most recent change. Your continued use of the Site after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Subject to applicable consumer-protection laws, the courts located in India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
